In the event that the interested party provides data from third parties, he/she declares that he/she has their consent and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this clause, exempting IP WISELY from all responsibility for information.

 

 

4.   Conservation of personal data

 

Personal data will only be kept by IP WISELY for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes of its processing – always respecting the conservation periods set out in the current applicable regulations – as long as the user does not revoke the consent granted.

As long as it is necessary, IP WISELY will continue to keep the blocked data, to address  legal responsibilities that may arise from the treatment and until the legally established statute of limitations. Once the possible actions are prescribed in each case, the data will be permanently deleted.

 

  1. Communication of personal data

 

To fulfill the previously indicated purposes, it is necessary to give access to your personal data to  third parties who support us in the provision of the services offered, such as:

 

  • Banks and financial entities
  • Web development and maintenance service providers
  • Technology service providers
  • Service providers related to customer service
  • Marketing and advertising related service providers
  • Accounting and/or legal service providers

In any case, they are trusted suppliers, and they will have access to the data to the extent that it is strictly necessary for the provision of the services contracted with them.

 

Likewise, and in cases where it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, they may be communicated to Public Administrations, Judges and Courts.

To fulfill the aforementioned purposes, IPWISELY may rely on suppliers located outside the European Union. In any case, IP WISELY ensures the security and legitimacy of the processing of your personal data, requiring the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures from these providers in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD.

 

 

  1. Rights derived from the processing of personal data

 

The User may exercise against the Data Controller the following rights recognized in the RGPD:

  • Right of access: It is the user’s right to obtain confirmation of whether IP WISELY is processing their personal data and, if so, to access to them as well as to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that IP WISELY has carried out or will carry
  • Right to rectification: It is the user’s right to have their personal data modified that turns out to be inaccurate or, taking into account the purposes of the processing,
  • Right of suppression (“the right to be forgotten”):It is the User’s right to obtain the deletion of their personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed; the User withdraws his consent to the treatment and this is not based on another legal basis; the User opposes the treatment and there is no other legitimate reason to continue with it; the personal data has been processed unlawfully; personal data must be deleted in compliance with a legal obligation; or the personal data has been obtained as a result of a direct offer  of information society services to a minor under 14 years of

In addition to deleting the data, the Controller, taking into account the available technology and the cost of its application, must take reasonable measures to inform those responsible who are processing the personal data of the interested   party’s request to delete any link to those personal data.

  • Right to limitation of treatment: It is the User’s right to limit the processing of their personal data as long as they dispute the accuracy of their personal data for a period that allows the Controller to verify it; the treatment is illicit; the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data, but the User needs it to make claims; and when the User has opposed the
  • Right to data portability: In the event that the treatment is carried out by automated means, the User will have the right to receive their personal data from the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another Whenever technically possible, the Data Controller will directly transmit the data to that other controller.
  • Right to revoke consent and total or partial opposition to treatment: The Users have the right to revoke the consent given and oppose the processing of their personal data at any time, for reasons related to their particular situation, in the event that the processing is based on the legitimate interest of IP WISELY or on a public interest.
